Characteristics:
This rose captivates with its unique color transition—pale yellow blooms gradually develop vibrant pink edges, creating an apple-like gradient effect. The tightly arranged petals form a symmetrical, rounded shape, enhancing its ornamental appeal. The plant exhibits strong disease resistance, particularly against common rose ailments like black spot and powdery mildew, and thrives in both garden and cut-flower production due to its upright, low-thorn growth. Long-lasting individual blooms maintain their beauty across all stages, with a vase life of 7-12 days, and the plant reblooms repeatedly from spring until frost. Originally named ‘Apple Jack’ after the classic apple brandy, its Chinese alias ‘Apple Jam Adventure’ reflects the playful imagination inspired by its apple-mimicking hues. Compared to the Dutch original ‘Apple Jack’ (featuring red-green bicolor blooms and a taller stature), ‘Avatar’ offers a softer, pale-yellow-and-pink palette tailored to Eastern aesthetics while retaining the original’s robust disease resistance and cut-flower qualities.  

Notes:
Despite its strong disease resistance, proper ventilation and regular pruning are necessary to prevent disease buildup.  
Avoid direct sunlight on open blooms to preserve the pink-edge vibrancy.
